Solution structure of human oncogenic protein gankyrin

The structure was published by Yuan, C., Li, J., Mahajan, A., Poi, M.J., Byeon, I.J., and Tsai, M.D., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Solution structure of the human oncogenic protein gankyrin containing seven ankyrin repeats and analysis of its structure--function relationship." (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of 26S proteasome non-ATPase regulatory subunit 10. This molecule has the UniProt identifier O75832 (PSD10_HUMAN)search. The sample contained 226 residues which is 100% of the natural sequence. Out of 226 residues 226 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
