Structure of the human MCAD:ETF complex

The structure was published by Toogood, H.S., van Thiel, A., Basran, J., Sutcliffe, M.J., Scrutton, N.S., and Leys, D., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Extensive domain motion and electron transfer in the human electron transferring flavoprotein-medium chain Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase complex" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.9 Å and deposited in 2004.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
