SOLUTION STRUCTURE OF APO N-DOMAIN OF TROPONIN C, NMR, 40 STRUCTURES
The structure was published by Tsuda, S., Miura, A., Gagne, S.M., Spyracopoulos, L., and Sykes, B.D., in 1999 in a paper entitled "Low-temperature-induced structural changes in the Apo regulatory domain of skeletal muscle troponin C." (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 1998.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of TROPONIN-C. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P02588 (TNNC2_CHICK). The sample contained 90 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 90 residues 90 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
