CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF HUMAN ANTI-HIV-1 GP120-REACTIVE ANTIBODY 17B
The structure was published by Huang, C.C., Venturi, M., Majeed, S., et al., Choe, H., Farzan, M., and Kwong, P.D., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Structural basis of tyrosine sulfation and VH-gene usage in antibodies that recognize the HIV type 1 coreceptor-binding site on gp120" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2003.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
This PDB entry contains a complex of 2 biomacromolecules, namely Fab 17b light chain and Fab 17b heavy chain.
