The structure was published by Aufhammer, S.W., Warkentin, E., Berk, H., Shima, S., Thauer, R.K., and Ermler, U., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Coenzyme binding in f(420)-dependent secondary alcohol dehydrogenase, a member of the bacterial luciferase family." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2003.
