F420-dependent secondary alcohol dehydrogenase in complex with an F420-acetone adduct
The structure was published by Aufhammer, S.W., Warkentin, E., Berk, H., Shima, S., Thauer, R.K., and Ermler, U., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Coenzyme binding in f(420)-dependent secondary alcohol dehydrogenase, a member of the bacterial luciferase family." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2003.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of F420-dependent alcohol dehydrogenase.
It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.
