Poliovirus Polymerase Full Length Apo Structure

The structure was published by Thompson, A.A. and Peersen, O.B., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for proteolysis-dependent activation of the poliovirus RNA-dependent RNA polymerase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2003.
