CDK2 complex with a 4-alkynyl oxindole inhibitor

The structure was published by Luk, K.-C., Simcox, M.E., Schutt, A., et al., DePinto, W., Dunten, P., and Dermatakis, A., in 2004 in a paper entitled "A new series of potent oxindole inhibitors of CDK2" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
