The structure was published by Song, J.J., Liu, J., Tolia, N.H., et al., Martienssen, R.A., Hannon, G.J., and Joshua-Tor, L., in 2003 in a paper entitled "The crystal structure of the Argonaute2 PAZ domain reveals an RNA binding motif in RNAi effector complexes." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2003.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
