THE STRUCTURE OF P38ALPHA C162S MUTANT

The structure was published by Patel, S.B., Cameron, P.M., Frantz-Wattley, B., O'Neill, E., Becker, J.W., and Scapin, G., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Lattice stabilization and enhanced diffraction in human p38 alpha crystals by protein engineering." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2003.
