NMR STUDY OF THE SH3 DOMAIN FROM BRUTON'S TYROSINE KINASE, 20 STRUCTURES

The structure was published by Tzeng, S.R., Lou, Y.C., Pai, M.T., Chen, C.P., Chen, S.H., and Cheng, J.W., in 2000 in a paper entitled "Solution Structure of the Human Btk SH3 Domain Complexed with a Proline-Rich Peptide from P120Cbl" (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 1999.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
