The structure was published by Nolen, B., Ngo, J., Chakrabarti, S., Vu, D., Adams, J.A., and Ghosh, G., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Nucleotide-Induced Conformational Changes in the Saccharomyces cerevisiae SR Protein Kinase, Sky1p, Revealed by X-ray Crystallography" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2003.
