Crystal structure of human mitochondrial deoxyribonucleotidase in complex with the inhibitor DPB-T
The structure was published by Rinaldo-Matthis, A., Rampazzo, C., Balzarini, J., Reichard, P., Bianchi, V., and Nordlund, P., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Crystal structures of the mitochondrial deoxyribonucleotidase in complex with two specific inhibitors" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2003.
