Crystal structure of rat choline acetyltransferase
The structure was published by Cai, Y., Cronin, C.N., Engel, A.G., Ohno, K., Hersh, L.B., and Rodgers, D.W., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Choline acetyltransferase structure reveals distribution of mutations that cause motor disorders." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2003.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
