Crystal structure of the chaperonin from Thermococcus strain KS-1 (FormIII crystal complexed with ADP)

The structure was published by Shomura, Y., Yoshida, T., Iizuka, R., Maruyama, T., Yohda, M., and Miki, K., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structures of the Group II Chaperonin from Thermococcus strain KS-1: Steric Hindrance by the Substituted Amino Acid, and Inter-subunit Rearrangement between Two Crystal Forms." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 2003.
