Solution Structure of a Superantigen from Yersinia pseudotuberculosis

The structure was published by Donadini, R., Liew, C.W., Kwan, A.H., Mackay, J.P., and Fields, B.A., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Crystal and Solution Structures of a Superantigen from Yersinia pseudotuberculosis Reveal a Jelly-Roll Fold." (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of YPM. This molecule has the UniProt identifier Q57221 (Q57221_YERPU)search. The sample contained 118 residues which is 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 118 residues 118 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
