The structure was published by Rothery, E.L., Mowat, C.G., Miles, C.S., Walkinshaw, M.D., Reid, G.A., and Chapman, S.K., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Histidine 61: An Important Heme Ligand in the Soluble Fumarate Reductase from Shewanella frigidimarina" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
