Crystal structure of a catalytic-loop mutant of the insulin receptor tyrosine kinase

The structure was published by Li, S., Covino, N.D., Stein, E.G., Till, J.H., and Hubbard, S.R., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Structural and biochemical evidence for an autoinhibitory role for tyrosine 984 in the juxtamembrane region of the insulin receptor" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
