The structure of p38 alpha in complex with a pyridinylimidazole inhibitor

The structure was published by Fitzgerald, C.E., Patel, S.B., Becker, J.W., et al., Pikounis, V.B., O'Keefe, S.J., and Scapin, G., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for p38alpha MAP kinase quinazolinone and pyridol-pyrimidine inhibitor specificity" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2003.
