Crystal structure of TauD with iron, alpha-ketoglutarate and Taurine bound at pH 7.5

The structure was published by O'Brien, J.R., Schuller, D.J., Yang, V.S., Dillard, B.D., and Lanzilotta, W.N., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Substrate-Induced Conformational Changes in Escherichia coli Taurine/alpha-Ketoglutarate Dioxygenase and Insight Into the Oligomeric Structure" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
