STRUCTURE OF HUMAN PDK1 KINASE DOMAIN IN COMPLEX WITH STAUROSPORINE

The structure was published by Komander, D., Kular, G.S., Bain, J., Elliot, M., Alessi, D.R., and Van Aalten, D.M.F., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Structural Basis for Ucn-01 (7-Hydroxystaurosporine) Specificity and Pdk1 (3-Phosphoinositide-Dependent Protein Kinase-1) Inhibition" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2003.
