Crystal Structure of Src SH2 domain bound to doubly phosphorylated peptide PQpYEpYIPI

The structure was published by Lubman, O.Y. and Waksman, G., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Structural and Thermodynamic Basis for the Interaction of the Src SH2 domain with the Activated form of the PDGF beta-receptor" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2003.
