Two RTH Mutants with Impaired Hormone Binding

The structure was published by Huber, B.R., Sandler, B., West, B.L., et al., Apriletti, J.W., Baxter, J.D., and Fletterick, R.J., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Two resistance to thyroid hormone mutants with impaired hormone binding" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.1 Å and deposited in 2003.
