Di-haemic Cytochrome c Peroxidase from Pseudomonas nautica 617, form IN (pH 4.0)

The structure was published by Dias, J.M., Alves, T., Pereira, A.S., Bourgeois, D., and Moura, I., in 2004 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for the mechanism of Ca(2+) activation of the di-heme cytochrome c peroxidase from Pseudomonas nautica 617" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2003.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
