Thyroid receptor beta1 in complex with a beta-selective ligand

The structure was published by Ye, L., Li, Y.L., Mellstrom, K., et al., Sleph, P.G., George, R., and Malm, J., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Thyroid receptor ligands. 1. Agonist ligands selective for the thyroid receptor beta1." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.7 Å and deposited in 2002.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
