The structure was published by Amaya, M.F., Buschiazzo, A., Nguyen, T., and Alzari, P.M., in 2003 in a paper entitled "The high resolution structures of free and inhibitor-bound Trypanosoma rangeli sialidase and its comparison with T. cruzi trans-sialidase" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2002.
