Intracellular Ser/Thr protein kinase domain of Mycobacterium tuberculosis PknB.

The structure was published by Young, T.A., Delagoutte, B., Endrizzi, J.A., Falick, A.M., and Alber, T., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Structure of Mycobacterium tuberculosis PknB supports a universal activation mechanism for Ser/Thr protein kinases." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 2002.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
