STRUCTURE OF CATECHOL 2,3-DIOXYGENASE (METAPYROCATECHASE) FROM PSEUDOMONAS PUTIDA MT-2

The structure was published by Kita, A., Kita, S., Fujisawa, I., et al., Horiike, K., Nozaki, M., and Miki, K., in 1999 in a paper entitled "An archetypical extradiol-cleaving catecholic dioxygenase: the crystal structure of catechol 2,3-dioxygenase (metapyrocatechase) from Ppseudomonas putida mt-2." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 1998.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
