STRUCTURE OF THE PLECKSTRIN HOMOLOGY DOMAIN FROM PHOSPHOLIPASE C DELTA IN COMPLEX WITH INOSITOL TRISPHOSPHATE

The structure was published by Ferguson, K.M., Lemmon, M.A., Schlessinger, J., and Sigler, P.B., in 1995 in a paper entitled "Structure of the high affinity complex of inositol trisphosphate with a phospholipase C pleckstrin homology domain." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 1996.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
