Crystal structure of p38 MAP kinase in complex with a dihydroquinazolinone inhibitor

The structure was published by Stelmach, J.E., Liu, L., Patel, S.B., et al., Thompson, C.M., Zaller, D.M., and Doherty, J.B., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Design and synthesis of potent, orally bioavailable dihydroquinazolinone inhibitors of p38 MAP kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 2002.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
