1m61 Summary

Crystal structure of the apo SH2 domains of ZAP-70

The structure was published by Folmer, R.H.A., Geschwindner, S., and Xue, Y., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure and NMR studies of the apo SH2 domains of ZAP-70: two bikes rather than a tandem" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2002.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of TYROSINE-PROTEIN KINASE ZAP-70. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P43403 (ZAP70_HUMAN)search. The sample contained 259 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 259 residues 259 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
