THREE-DIMENSIONAL STRUCTURES OF COMPLEXES OF LATHYRUS OCHRUS ISOLECTIN I WITH GLUCOSE AND MANNOSE: FINE SPECIFICITY OF THE MONOSACCHARIDE-BINDING SITE

The structure was published by Bourne, Y., Roussel, A., Frey, M., Rouge, P., Fontecilla-Camps, J.C., and Cambillau, C., in 1990 in a paper entitled "Three-dimensional structures of complexes of Lathyrus ochrus isolectin I with glucose and mannose: fine specificity of the monosaccharide-binding site." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 1993.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
