Wild Type pI258 S. aureus arsenate reductase
The structure was published by Messens, J., Martins, J.C., Van Belle, K., et al., Willem, R., Wyns, L., and Zegers, I., in 2002 in a paper entitled "All intermediates of the arsenate reductase mechanism, including an intramolecular dynamic disulfide cascade." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.01 Å and deposited in 2002.
