TCR beta chain complexed with streptococcal superantigen SpeA

The structure was published by Sundberg, E.J., Li, H., Llera, A.S., et al., Schlievert, P.M., Karjalainen, K., and Mariuzza, R.A., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Structures of two streptococcal superantigens bound to TCR beta chains reveal diversity in the architecture of T cell signaling complexes." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2002.
