HUMAN TISSUE TRANSGLUTAMINASE IN GDP BOUND FORM

The structure was published by Liu, S., Cerione, R.A., and Clardy, J., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for the guanine nucleotide-binding activity of tissue transglutaminase and its regulation of transamidation activity." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2002.
