Crystal Structure of E. coli Argininosuccinate Synthetase in Complex with ATP
The structure was published by Lemke, C.T. and Howell, P.L., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Substrate Induced Conformational Changes in Argininosuccinate Synthetase" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2001.
