Inactivation of the Amidotransferase Activity of Carbamoyl Phosphate Synthetase by the Antibiotic Acivicin

The structure was published by Miles, B.W., Thoden, J.B., Holden, H.M., and Raushel, F.M., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Inactivation of the amidotransferase activity of carbamoyl phosphate synthetase by the antibiotic acivicin." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2001.
