CYCLIN-DEPENDENT KINASE 2 (CDK2) COMPLEXED WITH 3-{[4-({[AMINO(IMINO)METHYL]AMINOSULFONYL)ANILINO]METHYLENE}-2-OXO-2,3-DIHYDRO-1H-INDOLE

The structure was published by Bramson, H.N., Corona, J., Davis, S.T., et al., Veal, J.M., Walker, D.H., and Kuyper, L.F., in 2001 in a paper entitled "Oxindole-based inhibitors of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2): design, synthesis, enzymatic activities, and X-ray crystallographic analysis." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2001.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of Cell division protein kinase 2. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P24941 (CDK2_HUMAN)search. The sample contained 298 residues which is 100% of the natural sequence. Out of 298 residues 279 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
