1k1z Summary

Solution structure of N-terminal SH3 domain mutant(P33G) of murine Vav

The structure was published by Ogura, K., Nagata, K., Horiuchi, M., et al., Nishida, M., Hatanaka, H., and Inagaki, F., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Solution structure of N-terminal SH3 domain of Vav and the recognition site for Grb2 C-terminal SH3 domain" (abstract).

The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2001.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of vav. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P27870 (VAV_MOUSE)search. The sample contained 78 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 78 residues 78 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
