Xray Structure of Grb2 SH2 Domain

The structure was published by Nioche, P., Liu, W.Q., Broutin, I., et al., Roques, B., Garbay, C., and Ducruix, A., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Crystal structures of the SH2 domain of Grb2: highlight on the binding of a new high-affinity inhibitor." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.75 Å and deposited in 2001.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
