Crystal structure of IL-17F
The structure was published by Hymowitz, S.G., Filvaroff, E.H., Yin, J.P., et al., Gurney, A.L., de Vos, A.M., and Starovasnik, M.A., in 2001 in a paper entitled "IL-17s adopt a cystine knot fold: structure and activity of a novel cytokine, IL-17F, and implications for receptor binding." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.85 Å and deposited in 2001.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
