Crystal structure of LCK SH2 complexed with nonpeptide phosphotyrosine mimetic

The structure was published by Kawahata, N., Yang, M.G., Luke, G.P., et al., Eyermann, C.J., Bohacek, R.S., and Sawyer, T.K., in 2001 in a paper entitled "A novel phosphotyrosine mimetic 4'-carboxymethyloxy-3'-phosphonophenylalanine (Cpp): exploitation in the design of nonpeptide inhibitors of pp60(Src) SH2 domain." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2001.
