CA2+-BOUND STRUCTURE OF MULTIDOMAIN EF-HAND PROTEIN, CBP40, FROM TRUE SLIME MOLD
The structure was published by Iwasaki, W., Sasaki, H., Nakamura, A., Kohama, K., and Tanokura, M., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Metal-Free and Ca(2+)-Bound Structures of a Multidomain EF-Hand Protein, CBP40, from the Lower Eukaryote Physarum polycephalum" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.1 Å and deposited in 2001.
