The structure was published by Kuser, P.R., Krauchenco, S., Antunes, O.A., and Polikarpov, I., in 2000 in a paper entitled "The high resolution crystal structure of yeast hexokinase PII with the correct primary sequence provides new insights into its mechanism of action." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2001.
