The structure was published by Grzybowski, B.A., Ishchenko, A.V., Kim, C.Y., et al., Christianson, D.W., Whitesides, G.M., and Shakhnovich, E.I., in 2002 in a paper entitled "Combinatorial computational method gives new picomolar ligands for a known enzyme." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.94 Å and deposited in 2001.
