CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF E. COLI BIOTIN REPRESSOR WITH BOUND BIOTIN

The structure was published by Weaver, L.H., Kwon, K., Beckett, D., and Matthews, B.W., in 2001 in a paper entitled "Corepressor-induced organization and assembly of the biotin repressor: a model for allosteric activation of a transcriptional regulator." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.4 Å and deposited in 2001.
