STRUCTURE OF A HAP1/DNA COMPLEX REVEALS DRAMATICALLY ASYMMETRIC DNA BINDING BY A HOMODIMERIC PROTEIN

The structure was published by King, D.A., Zhang, L., Guarente, L., and Marmorstein, R., in 1999 in a paper entitled "Structure of a HAP1-DNA complex reveals dramatically asymmetric DNA binding by a homodimeric protein." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 1998.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
