ENGINEERING THE ZINC BINDING SITE OF HUMAN CARBONIC ANHYDRASE II: STRUCTURE OF THE HIS-94-> CYS APOENZYME IN A NEW CRYSTALLINE FORM

The structure was published by Alexander, R.S., Kiefer, L.L., Fierke, C.A., and Christianson, D.W., in 1993 in a paper entitled "Engineering the zinc binding site of human carbonic anhydrase II: structure of the His-94-->Cys apoenzyme in a new crystalline form." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 1992.
