SOLUTION STRUCTURE OF THE SH3 DOMAIN OF PHOSPHOLIPASE CGAMMA
The structure was published by Kohda, D., Hatanaka, H., Odaka, M., et al., Ullrich, A., Schlessinger, J., and Inagaki, F., in 1993 in a paper entitled "Solution structure of the SH3 domain of phospholipase C-gamma." (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 1994.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of PHOSPHOLIPASE C-GAMMA (SH3 DOMAIN). This molecule has the UniProt identifier P19174 (PLCG1_HUMAN). The sample contained 71 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 71 residues 71 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
