THE X-RAY CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF SKY1P, AN SR PROTEIN KINASE IN YEAST

The structure was published by Nolen, B., Yun, C.Y., Wong, C.F., McCammon, J.A., Fu, X.D., and Ghosh, G., in 2001 in a paper entitled "The structure of Sky1p reveals a novel mechanism for constitutive activity." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 2000.
