SQUALENE-HOPENE CYCLASE

The structure was published by Lenhart, A., Reinert, D.J., Aebi, J.D., Dehmlow, H., Morand, O.H., and Schulz, G.E., in 2003 in a paper entitled "Binding Structures and Potencies of Oxidosqualene Cyclase Inhibitors with the Homologous Squalene-Hopene Cyclase" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2002.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
